County Commissioners will award the cleaning contract at their regular meeting scheduled for Tuesday, May 21, 2024.
CLEANING SERVICES BID
Grant County is taking bids for cleaning the Courthouse located at 108 S. Glenn, Ulysses, Kansas. Interested parties can view a complete list of Courthouse Contract Requirements or pick up a bid package at the County Clerk’s Office. The successful bidder will be required to furnish proof of liability and workman’s compensation insurance. Bids shall be sealed in an envelope with the words “Courthouse Cleaning Bid” written on the outside of the envelope. Bids will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., May 20, 2024.
