The Grant County Commissioners are seeking proposals to install flooring at the Courthouse located at 108 S. Glenn, Ulysses, Kansas.
Interested bidders will be replacing carpeting and/or linoleum in five offices of the Courthouse. The proposal must list each office separately for material and labor. All material must be commercial grade.
Details of office space improvements may be obtained at the office of the County Clerk, 108 S. Glenn, First Floor, Ulysses, KS 67880. Questions concerning the improvements should be directed to Anita Lane, County Clerk, at (620) 356-1335.
Prospective bidder proposals will be accepted until 5:00 p.m., Monday, July 14th, 2025. Bid Proposals shall be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “Courthouse Flooring Bids” to the County Clerk’s Office at 108 S. Glenn, Ulysses, KS 67880. Accepted proposal will be asked to provide Certificate of Insurance.
Proposals will be opened at the County Commissioner Meeting on July 15th, 2025, at 10:30 a.m.
