Approximately 90 people from the surrounding areas attended the

feedlot employees, sheriff departments, health departments, emergency
management and others. The State is developing a plan on how to handle animal
diseases. It is a lot better than what
they had six months ago.
We did not
receive the GIS grant. However, they did
send us Arc View 8 and some other things to get us started. This is from the ESRI Company.
Don went to
the Weapons of Mass Destruction/Unified Command Class in Garden City, November
12 to the 15. The class had not included
an exercise dealing with agriculture, so the last day they added agriculture to
their program.
The Hazard

Steve
Sawyer announced that starting in December the EPA is going to inspect all
Anhydrous Ammonia plants.
