The County Clerk's Office is located at 108 S. Glenn on the 1^st floor of the Courthouse in Ulysses, Kansas.

Services Provided

• Carries out all Elections held in Grant County
• Serves as County Freedom of Information Officer
• Secretary to the Board of County Commissioners
• Assists and monitors all County Budgets
• Complies and prepares County Tax Levies
• Coordinates and pays all county expenditures
• Coordinates payroll and benefits for all County employees
• Handles Cereal Malt Beverage Licenses to establishments outside city limits
• Provides assistance to county residents in preparing Homestead Property Tax Refund Applications 
• Maintains Airport hangar leases
• Additional duties
