Hwy 25 Recycling Millings Project                                      (summer 2010)

The County Road Department picks up destroyed asphalt from a portion of Hwy 25 that is being replaced by the state.  The asphalt is ground into millings and later the millings will be recycled back to asphalt and used to improve county roads.
