            The Board of County Commissioners met in special session with all members and the County Clerk present. The meeting was called to review and finalize budget requests from the various departments and county funded entities.

 

            Steve Rice, Auditor, attended this meeting.

 

            The decision was made to transfer some individual fund budget line items to the County Building Fund or the Special Equipment Fund. A copy of the items is attached as a part of this record.

 

            A copy of the approved budgets is attached as a part of this record.

 

            The clerk will notify the various departments and entities regarding their approved 2010 budget.

 

            The budget hearing will be held August 18, 2009 at 10:00 a.m.

 

            The commissioners adjourned to meet again in regular session on August 4, 2009.
