The Board of County Commissioners met in special session at 4:30 p.m. with all members and the County Clerk present. The meeting was held at the hospital in the conference room.

 

            The meeting was held to meet with the Bob Wilson Memorial Hospital Board of Trustees Financial Committee for the purpose of hearing a presentation by Steve Shogren with George K. Baum & Co.

 

            Mr. Shogren proposed contracting with the county as a financial advisor regarding the issuance and then the investment of the hospital bonds.

 

            No decisions were made.

 

            The commissioners adjourned at 5:30 to meet again in regular session on January 16, 2007.
