The Board of County Commissioners met in special session at 10:30 a.m. with all members and the County Clerk present.

 

            The meeting was called to discuss financial matters with individuals involved in a business venture. Attending were: Carlos Moral, Dave Tarbet, Robert Myers, Sr., and Robert Myers, Jr.

 

            Marty Long made the motion to recess into executive session for 60 minutes for the purpose of discussing financial matters. Carl Higgs seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.  After 60 minutes the meeting continued in open session.

 

            No decisions were made.

 

            The commissioners adjourned to meet again in regular session at 9:30 a.m. on October 17, 2006.
