The Board of County Commissioners met in special session at 11:00 a.m. with all members and the County Clerk present.

            Douglas Campbell, Attorney, and Tom Fuhrmann and Ann Papay, Appraisers met with the commissioners.

            Marty Long made the motion to recess into executive session for 30 minutes for the purpose of discussing legal matters pertaining to the county. Carl Higgs seconded the motion and it passed unanimously.

            After 30 minutes, the commissioners adjourned to meet again in regular session on December 6, 2005.
