The Board of County Commissioners met in special session at 9:30 a.m. with all members and the County Clerk present. Steve Rice, Auditor, also attended this meeting.

          The meeting was called for the purpose of reviewing budget requests submitted by the various county departments, boards and agencies.

          A copy of the budget requests and the amount approved is attached as a part of this record. The budget hearing on the proposed budget will be August 19, 2005 at 1:15 p.m.

          The commissioners adjourned to meet again in regular session on August 2, 2005.
