Driver's License Department
The Grant County Treasurer’s Office is a “limited service” driver’s license station, our office hours are Tuesday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Services Provided :
- Kansas Non-CDL Renewals
- Kansas ID Renewals
- Issue Driver Education Instructional Permits
- Replacements for DL & ID
- Address Changes
We do not process Commercial Driver Licenses, issue first time identification cards or change out-of-state licenses to Kansas driver's license. These services may be obtained at a Full Service Location. We would refer you to Garden City, Dodge City, or Liberal.

Real ID
Real ID is a driver's license or identification card which meets the minimum Federal security standards for state-issued credentials.
Beginning May 3, 2023, anyone 18 years and older will need a REAL ID compliant driver’s license or another acceptable form of ID to fly within the United States. In addition, a REAL ID will be required to enter federal facilities where identification is currently required for entrance.
